Refund policy
- You must call and obtain a return authorization number from our return department.
- The seat covers must be in resalable condition. (no soil, wear, or damage)
- You are responsible for shipping charges.
Custom, Full Custom, or Tailor Made seat covers may be returned for repair only. We guarantee the fit on all Tailor Made seat covers. All requests for repairs or returns must be submitted via email to this address info@seatcoversunlimited.com Your email will be answered within one to two business days. Please include your name, invoice or PO number, and a phone number where you can be reached. If there is a problem with the seat cover please send a picture (if possible) of the problem so we will know how to help you.
Refunds are not available due to the fact that they have been manufactured to fit your specific year, make, model, fabric, and color of your choice. We simply cannot resale them.
The workmanship and materials of our seat cover products are warranted to be free of defects for one year from date of purchase.
